Kettlebell Weights & Suspension Training
This class incorporates two of the most functional fitness pieces of equipment into one class. Get the benefits of the TRX® Suspension Training as well as the explosive exercises that can be performed with kettlebells.
A Typical Class
Lead by a certified instructor, class is taken through movements and exercises performed using kettlebell weights and a TRX suspension trainer. A 'kettlebell' is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. You'll learn torso-powered movements that work the abs, back and arms.
