MASTERS SWIM PROGRAM 

Improve Physical Fitness in the Water

This program offers an opportunity to work out together to maintain and improve physical fitness. In addition, it provides group training, written workouts, and coaching for all levels of adult swimmers, from novice to advanced swimmers and tri-athletes.

PREREQUISITES

  • Must be able to swim 500 yards continuously to ensure program safety and requirements
  • Registration is required for program participation
