The Fitness Department at the YMCA wants to help you challenge yourself this fall.
The Challenge:
Swim - 3 miles
Bike - 110 miles
Run/Walk - 26 miles
Date to complete the challenge: November 1, 2002
Who: YMCA of Dane County Members 13 and older
Cost: Free of Charge
Participants completing the Triathlon Challenge will recieve a FREE t-shirt!

A special "Holiday Evening" includes swimming, bingo, and fun. Indoor soccer at East, crafts at West. Adult must accompany child.
