" Boyz and Girls Night Out
This is an opportunity for middle school boys and girls to come together to meet new friends, play sports, and to become leaders by doing community volunteering. In this program we will organize field trips and special events. So, if you're interested in hanging out with friends and having fun, check out Boyz and Girls Night Out!

"Teen Strength & Conditioning
A fun, safe introduction to strength training and aerobic conditioning. YMCA policy requires that youth ages 13-15 complete this program before using the LIfestyle Center. Upon completion of a written and practical exam, YMCA Members will receive certification to use these facilities. - 4 weeks

" Middle School Madness

" Youth in Government
Designed to promote awareness of state issues and an understanding of governmental processes through active participation in a weekend of "mock" government at the State Capitol. This program is open to 7th through 12th graders. This is a FUN program, once participants sign up they come back year after year. So don't wait until it's too late! Meetings are held September through May. Schedules will be mailed. Site to be determined.
