Sue Hagen has been a YMCA fitness instructor for over 20 years. Over the years Sue has become certified in Flexibility Training, Stability Ball Training, Resistance Training, Core Muscle Training and Motivational Techniques to name just a few. In addition, she is an ACE Certified Instructor. Sues dedication to her participants and her caring attitude contribute to the many friendships built in her classes. |

Paula Zakariasen has been teaching for 17 years. She has been with us almost 3 years. She started her certifications and teaching in Canada at a YWCA and then a YMCA. Paula brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and certifications in Aerobics as well as Strength Training, Core Muscle Training and Active Older Adults. Paula does our Lifestyle Center Orientations and is our in-house expert in Personal Fitness. |

Cathy Grenzow has been a YMCA Fitness Instructor for 15 years. She has completed Advance Instructor training as well as Flexibility Training, Resistance Training, Stability Ball Training, Core Muscle Training and Personal Trai- ner Certification. Cathys classes are fun and easy to follow. |

Rebecca Price teaches Yoga and Pilates. She has a Masters degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and she is level two Yoga certified through the American Aerobics Association International/Internations Sports Medicine Association. She is also a Certified Pilates instructor. Rebecca stays up to date on the latest trends by attending continuing education workshops. |
