" Core Muscle Training
Personal training in a small group setting to increase strength and flexibility of core body musculature. Stability balls and other tools will be used to help develop a healthy back and create a strong foundation enhancing over all fitness.
" Dance Aerobics
Dance your way to fitness with fun, low-impact choreographed routines.
" Pilates Method Class
Develop core strength and stabilization. Improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Improve posture and alignment. Focus on quality not quantity. This method of exercise has been used for years by dancers and gymnasts to tone the body without adding bulk.
" Sculpt Pre/Post Natal
Small group environment that trains both cardiovascular and strength. A great place to ask questions about training precautions and guidelines.
" Sculpt
Gain strength and stability using body bars and thera balls. This class will help you increase stability, balance, and muscular definition.
" S.H.E.D. - Support Health Exercise Discussion
Weigh loss, healthy eating, and exercise. Small group environment that meets with a registered dietician twice a week. This class teaches healthy eating and exercise to support a healthy lifestyle while losing weight.
" Flexible Strength
Improve strength and flexibility with stretching and relaxation techniques. Mats and stretching straps provided.
" Teen Yoga
Have fun learning yoga with your friends. Mats provided.

" Womens Strength Training
Learn to use circuit and free weights to strengthen muscles and bones in this class exclusively for women.

" Continuing Yoga
Continuing yoga moves at a faster pace. Prerequisites: Must have participated in one session of our regular yoga or have other experience with yoga. Mats provided.
" Power Yoga
An invigorating sequence of postures designed to bring the mind and body into alignment, while at the same time developing strength and flexibility.
" Yoga For Families
Parents join your children 5 and over for a fun relaxing Yoga class in a playful atmosphere that will enhance balance, strength and calmness for both you and your child.
" Teen Strength and Conditioning
A fun, safe introduction to strength training and aerobic conditioning for kids 13-15. 4 week sessions. Start dates: September 9 or 10 and November 4 or 5.
" Sports Nutrition
In this 4 week class you will learn how to prepare for your next event. We will discuss fluid replacement, carbohydrate loading, carlorie needs and much more.
" Hip Hop Dance
Come and you'll really move! Our experienced staff will teach basic technique and introduce great routines. Wear comfortable clothes!
