Member Spotlight: Linda W.

Linda started with small group training at the Lussier Family West YMCA but unfortunately, her small group disbanded so she had to stop. She met Jodi Olney one of the personal trainers at the West Y and decided to personal train with her. Jodi motivated Linda to also try a class called Trekking and she's done it ever since. Linda has found a new small group to train with and is still personal training with Jodi. Linda exercises 5 days a week and combined with an improved diet has lost over 90 pounds.

Linda has a husband that is also active and does Ironman triathlons so they hold each other accountable. 

Linda enjoys making quilts in her spare time when she isn’t at the Y.
