A Typical Class
This class is a practical, self defense-oriented Filipino martial art. Classes focus on range of styles and fighting ranges and include aspects of boxing, grappling and weapons. No experience is necessary, but students with a martial arts background will find Eskrima techniques very complementary. Seasoned instructors each have over 17 years experience in martial arts.

Equipment, Attire & What to Bring
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
- Water, towel
