· Paid annually by cash, check, VISA or Mastercard · Must be renewed annually · No refunds of membership dues paid. Monthly Payments · Payments through automatic bank draft · Bank draft continues until cancelled. · Cancellation requires 30 days written notice prior to draft date. Returned Checks Returned checks and bank drafts will be assessed a $15 processing fee. Financial Assistance Financial assistance is available to those who are eligible. Applications are available at all YMCA Desks. Strong Kids Campaign As a non-profit organization, contributions are a critical source of income, helping to ensure our promise that no one is ever denied a place in a YMCA program because of inability to pay. A donation to the YMCA Strong Kids is a way for you to help. Thank you. AWAY The YMCA AWAY policy allows you to use YMCA's around the world for low or no charge. YMCA of Dane County Membership The many opportunities available at the East and West YMCAs are available to you at an additional cost. If interested, please call 837-8221. Credit and Refunds Classes lacking sufficient registrants may be cancelled. If this happens you may transfer to another class, receive a credit, or receive a refund. If you need to withdraw from a class before it begins, we will be happy to issue a credit. Day Pass Rates Guests are welcome to pay for a Sun Prairie daily memberships as listed below. For families on extended visits, contact a membership administrator for short term membership rates.
