Financial Assistance Assistance is available to those who are eligible. Applications are available at all YMCA Desks As a non-profit organization, contributions are a critical source of income, helping to ensure our promise that no one is ever denied a place in a YMCA program because of inability to pay. A donation to the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign is a way for you to help. Thank you. AWAY Our AWAY policy allows you to use YMCA's around the world for low or no charge. Holidays and Inclement Weather On days the YMCA is closed for holidays and inclement weather, programs will not be held. No refunds or credits will be issued. Make-up classes will be made available as space and time permit. Credits and Refunds Classes lacking sufficient registrants may be cancelled. If this happens you may transfer to another class, receive a credit, or receive a refund. If you need to withdraw from a class before it begins, we will be happy to issue a credit. · The Book Express Climb aboard for fun with the Book Express. We will wxplore books, sing, occational crafts and games. Every child can be an artists. · Floor Hockey Learn the basics of hockey without the difficulty of ice skates. The YMCA provides the sticks, pucks, and nets. The emphasis on safety and fun. Feb. 6 - Mar. 20. Community Building Tuesday / Age 4-6 / 5:00-5:45pm Tuesday / Age 7-9 / 5:45-6:30pm / M $20 / P $30 The YMCA moves flag football indoors. We will focus on safety, skills, teamwork and most of all fun. Participants will take part in various drills and games. Runs Febuary 7 - March 21.Community Building Wednesday / Age 4-6 / 5:00-5:45pm Wednesday / Age 7-9 / 5:45-6:30pm / M $20 / P $30 · Late Night Basketball The Stoughton YMCA and Joining Forces for Families announce the return of Late Night Basketball. This year basketball will be available to 8th grade and under from 8:00-10:00pm at River Bluff and for high shcoolers and adults from 9:30-11:30pm at the High School Fieldgouse on Friday and Saturday evenings. There is no admission charge. Basketball will be available each Friday and Saturday evening in January and February. Volunteers are needed to help supervise. Please call the YMCA at 873-3880 to volunteer.
· Stoughton Youth Center An alcohol and drug free place for middle and high school youth to enjoy recreational, social, educational, and community service activities. Access to computer video games, pool, foosball, ping-pong, basketball, and more. The Center is open from; -3:15 - 6:00pm Monday - Thursday -3:15 - 9:00pm Fridays The building located at 518 South 4th Street is also available for birthday parties, lock-ins, and special events. SKI CLUB Join the YMCA over Winter Break with 6 fun-filled days of skiing. We will be taking trips in January and February. Bus will depart at 3:45pm from Sandhill, Stoughton High School, and River Bluff. Bus will return to River Bluff at 11:30pm. Registrations will be accepted at the YMCA office during normal office hours 4:30-6:30pm Monday - Thursday.
