The YMCA is dedicated to through training of all full-time and part-time staff as well as volunteers. To that end, the YMCA of the USA has established a series of training initiatives for all levels of employees.
The staff consists of child care providers, camp counselors, building and pool maintenance technicians, front desk staff, CEOs, program directors, lifeguards, accountants, public relations managers, community outreach directors, human resource administrators, and graphic designers. The list goes on and on.
