Our Mind & Body fitness classes aim to provide physical benefits, like improved strength, flexibility and balance, as well as emotional and spirtual benefits. All of our Mind & Body programs are now FREE with membership and available for members ages 13 and up*. Check our schedule page to find class day, time and instructor details.

Gentle Yoga

Relieve stress and build strength by incorporating the mind, body and spirit into your workout. This gentle yoga class helps improve flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation. Great for beginners and those looking for a slower pace. 



Develop core strength and stabilization in this ultimate program for gaining control of movement and developing a lean, toned body. Proper form and technique emphasized allowing participants to get the most benefit from this tried and true form of exercise



Combines Yoga & Pilates in a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop core strength and stabilization through Pilates while improving flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.


Fit for Life Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Each participant has the option to use a chair for support and to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Power Yoga
A vigorous vinyasa practice focused on increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.


Yoga Flow
A vinyasa practice linking movement with breath to form flowing sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility. This intermediate level class promotes physical fitness along with the energizing yet relaxing effects of mindfulness. 

Tai Chi
Tai Chi, is a slow, graceful Chinese exercise that enhances relaxation skills, mental focus & physical alignment while building leg strength, endurance & stability. Ideal for increasing stamina, flexibility & coordination.

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a great way to strengthen your body and prepare your mind for the birthing process. In class we will practice modified poses appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and also cover breathing and relaxation exercises that will help during labor. Our prenatal yoga class is appropriate for those new to yoga and experienced yoga practitioners.


Baby and Me Yoga
Join us for an interactive caregiver and baby class where baby is incorporated into yoga poses. Caregivers will experience gentle strengthening, stretching and bonding with baby. For babies up to one year old.
