Combines Yoga & Pilates in a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop core strength and stabilization through Pilates while improving flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.
Fit for Life Yoga Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Each participant has the option to use a chair for support and to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
