Keep Active, Stay Healthy


Welcome to Fit & Fun! This class will help you stay active so you can continue activities you've always enjoyed, travel the world, or complete activites you want to check off your bucket list! You'll experience a clever combination of strength and cardio activities designed to speed up the metabolism while increasing muscular strength, endurance and balance. Enjoy an assortment of imaginative activities and games that will keep you motivated while having a blast with your friends and instructors.

Drop-in class, all levels, no registration required. 

A Typical Class

Each class will begin with an active warm up, followed by a variety of games, exercises and activities. Classes will vary, and may include individual, partner, or small group activities to keep the fun and engagement levels high! Workouts of moderate intensity ensure that all can participate and benefit!

Tips & Preparation

  • Arive early enough to get ready and join in the warm-up
  • If you want, or need, to modify an exercise, just ask! We're here to help
  • Try to improve in increments. If you're new, start slow and keep moving forward

Equipment, Attire & What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
  • Water, towel
  • We'll provide any additional equipment need for this class
