Holiday Fitness Challenge
Maintain, Don’t Gain-Holiday Challenge is for everyone to be mindful of their health habits during the holiday season. It is our hope that if you meet the daily goals we have set forth through the 6 week challenge you will have either maintained or lost weight throughout the holidays. Weekly e-mails will be sent for those interested with healthy recipes and other tips. If you maintain or lose weight and accumulate 190 points throughout the 6 weeks you will be entered into a drawing for a free session of a paid fitness class, 1 hour of personal training, or ½ hour of personal training.

Weigh in: November 19-26
Weigh Out: January 5-9
Goals
- Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
- Add at least 1 serving of fruits AND vegetables to each meal
- Drink 0 sugar sweetened beverages
- Limit recreational screen time to 2 hours or less every day
- Consume 0 servings of sweets/desserts
- Add your own goal to fit your current needs
