Job Duties: Provide overall leadership and direction of Health & Fitness department. Plan, develop and execute Health and Fitness programs including outreach locations. Coordinate employee wellness plan, corporate wellness, outreach services, on site health screenings, community events, health fairs and wellness clinics, and Activate America initiatives. Develop, maintain and monitor Health and Fitness department budget. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all Health & Fitness staff, including, but not limited to Group Exercise Instructors, Lifestyle Center Staff and Personal Trainers. Accountable for member conflict and resolution. Maintain consistent, quality customer service in assigned areas. Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings.
